Flat cut lettering/logos can be formed from many different materials. Aluminium composite panels, Compressed PVC foam, Acrylic, MDF and polished/brushed stainless steel to mention a few. These are formed by using a flat sheet material and then processed through a CNC router or lazer cut to the desired design. These are then mounted directley to the facia/sign tray or applied to raised fixings to give the illusion of floating letters. Built up letters will make any sign come to life, We are able to make these from most acrylics and metals which makes these ideal for a more prominent sign and will enhance any company logo and image. All built up letters are three dimensional and are usually mounted individually to give an impressive, professional display. For added effect your built up lettering can also be illuminated. Another effective and modern way of producing a sign is by using a sign tray. These can be made from aluminium or a composite panel. By using an aluminium tray you can have the finished surface powder coated to a specific RAL colour or stainless steel whether it be brushed or polished. Sign trays can be made into various shapes to create that extra impact. A flex face sign system can be illuminated and is an ideal sign solution for the larger sign requirement, these are generally used in the retail industry. This type of sign is very durable, with a 200mm deep profile and inner support structure to make up the back tray and have a PVC banner stretched across its front with your desired designs or logo's. These can be internally lit using LED's or light sheet for a great night time presence.
Acrylic is a very versatile substrate for sign manufacturing, and has a very aesthetic look once installed. If for example you are considering a new sign in a conservation area where the existing features are a primary concern, using a clear acrylic sign panel with applied logo's or information is a great way to retain a buildings look. Also for internal signs, a first class installation can be achieved by utilising acrylics in its many forms and colours.
